2 pieces fresh pineapples
1/2 oz. Cointreau or orange liqueur
1/2 oz. vodka
1 oz. pineapple juice
3 oz. Champagne
Muddle the pineapple pieces and cointreau in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add vodka and pineapple juice and stir.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with champagne. Garnish with a cherry
